the guildford police respond to 999 much faster than they used to (subsecond latency). better than a few years ago by a minute or so and better than the California Highway Patrol by several minutes. such a lovely place to live, guildford.

For people who have been wondering, this was because of silly drunk fight in kebab shop. Food was getting spilled on the floor :-(
