0341 in Irkutsk. I have no hotel. I have been lurking in an allegedly 24ч internet cafe (although I see no evidence of cafe, so am suspicious of the 24ч-ness of it). How much longer will I remain even slightly coherent? And where can I snooze tomorrow morning?

I'd like to try to get a bit closer to the lake -- I'm still 10s of km away from it.
