Russian Internet Cafe culture

Interesting that for many people here the primary connection to the internet is through public internet access (cafes, internet clubs, etc) - not like the bits of eg. US, Australia, Canadam UK that I have seen where its all really some shitty novely that doesn't have to work well and is just to be buzzword compliant.
