arrived in tiumen after a 30h train ride, at 0620 localtime -- so not much open at the moment. little kiosk that sold water was open as was (after half an hour or so) an internet salon (57 roublies for 2h -- at least half the price of european russia!). So by the time this is done with, perhaps there will be a little more open to look at.
